The Owens&#8217;s are selling their home and moving back to Washington state by month&#8217;s end. We wish them safe travels and best wishes for the future.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The 2027 Budget and Annual Dues<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Board has approved a 5.95% ($22) increase in the annual HOA dues. <br>The quarterly dues of $98.00 will begin in January 2027. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homeowners utilizing auto-pay with their bank or credit union will need to increase the auto withdraw amount before January 2027.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Call for Candidates for the Board of Directors<\/strong><br>After many years of service to the community, Derald Owens has resigned; and Hugh Mosher&#8217;s term of office ending in January 2027, and he is not running for reelection. That means two Board seats are open for 2027. Now is an opportunity to bring new people, new energy, and new ideas to the Board of Directors.<br><br>The time commitment required is minimal; however, the work is essential to the community.
