{"id":154,"date":"2026-05-08T08:45:59","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T15:45:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/new\/?p=154"},"modified":"2026-05-23T11:18:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T18:18:10","slug":"parking-dos-and-donts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/2026\/05\/parking-dos-and-donts\/","title":{"rendered":"Parking Do&#8217;s and Dont&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every Board meeting brings up questions concerning parking in the community. &nbsp;The CC&amp;Rs do not permit any overnight parking on the streets or in the driveways. &nbsp;Starting back in 1998, at the beginning of homeowner control of the HOA, this parking ban was considered too restrictive. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board formulated parking regulations that allowed limited overnight and driveway parking within the community. \u00a0Those <a href=\"http:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Resolution-2017-01-Parking.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">parking regulations<\/a> have evolved over time, and can be found under the &#8220;Documents&#8221; page of this site. \u00a0Many of these regulations follow the Code of the Town of Oro Valley, for public streets.\u00a0 \u00a0If you found a &#8216;Blue Parking Reminder&#8217; placed on your windshield, it&#8217;s to remind you of the parking restrictions the community wants you to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to do so will initiate other unpleasant and costly actions, which will eventually lead to fines, and the likelihood of the vehicle being towed away at the vehicle owner\u2019s expense. The HOA would regret taking this action and simply wishes everyone to follow the rules that the HOA membership wants enforced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Temporary Parking Permits<\/strong><br>Short-term, street parking permits are available for residents and guests who require more than the allowable limit of five (5) days in a calendar month, or for some other special parking requirement.
