{"id":3941,"date":"2026-01-14T15:36:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T22:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/?p=3941"},"modified":"2026-01-14T16:07:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T23:07:09","slug":"2026-annual-meeting-summary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/2026\/01\/2026-annual-meeting-summary\/","title":{"rendered":"2026 Annual Meeting Summary"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The annual meeting of the homeowners\u2019 association was held on<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 12:30 PM, at the Oro Valley Public Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eight out of sixty-four ballots were returned to Cadden Management; seven were required to constitute a quorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meeting Notices<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An email meeting notice was sent to members who submitted their address to the HOA on October 31, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The meeting date and time was posted on this website on November 11, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cadden Management mailed a postcard to all members with the meeting date, along with a call for candidates on November 30, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The meeting packet was mailed to the membership on December 29, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A final meeting reminder was emailed to members who submitted their address to the HOA on January 9, 2026.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elections<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approval of the 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes<br>The vote was 8-Yes, 0-No. The minutes were approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Board Election<br>Both candidates received eight votes and were elected to the Board of Directors. Those individuals are: Braden Monson and Todd Fedoruk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasurer&#8217;s Report Based on Preliminary December Financials<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capital Reserve funding met forecast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yearend income was slightly below forecast due to delinquent dues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yearend expenses were within forecast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Approved 2026 Budget was discussed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Open Forum<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Street parking continues to be an issue on Sand Pebble and Desert Flower Drives.&nbsp; Notices have been sent to the homeowners and residents in non-compliance with the governing documents.
