{"id":644,"date":"2022-03-17T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T19:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/?p=644"},"modified":"2022-03-18T14:51:56","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T21:51:56","slug":"vacation-rental-restriction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/2022\/03\/vacation-rental-restriction\/","title":{"rendered":"Vacation Rental Restriction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/ars\/9\/00500-39.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arizona state law ARS \u00a7 9-500.39, prohibits cities and towns<\/a> from placing limits on short-term vacation housing rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); at present, there is no statute in Arizona that prohibits private&nbsp;regulation by CC&amp;Rs, of vacation rentals.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/eaglesbluffhoa.org\/clone\/documents\/ccrs\/#Section%209.02\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Section 9.02 Renting<\/a>, of our CC&amp;Rs requires a minimum rental period of thirty (30) days.
