A reminder from our neighbor the Golf Course…
Please be aware if you trim trees or plants in your yard or on Association Common property, you are responsible for removing the debris. If you wish to trim trees or plants on golf course property you need permission from the golf course before your proceed. Questions regarding this matter, please contact El Conquistador at 520-544-1900.
Yep, you read it right, Spring. Now is the time to get our yards in shape for the warmer weather ahead. With the winter rains behind us, now is a good time to get a handle on those weeds, cut back those freeze-damaged branches.
Also remember to check your irrigation systems for leaks. Its better for your plants and your pocketbook.
The Board is considering posting a 15 MPH speed limit on our streets. It has been generally accepted that the unposted 25 MPH limit is too fast to travel safely through the neighborhood.
Additionally, the Board is checking with the Oro Valley Police Department to see whether they will enforce the lower, posted, limit on our streets.
