Exterior modifications to your home may require prior approval by both our local Eagles Bluff HOA Design Review Committee , AS WELL AS the Cañada Hills Community Association’s (formerly known as the Master Association) Design Review Committee.
In many cases, Eagles Bluff’s DRC follows the guidance of the CHCA DRC. Review their document before proceeding with any external modifications of your property. Some modifications are expressly denied by either Eagles Bluff for Cañada Hills Design Review Committee, or have design requirements attached to them.
