Eagles Bluff is a 64-home community located in Oro Valley, Arizona; with beautiful fairway and mountain views; ringed with miles of walking and cycling paths. Two 18-hole city-owned golf courses, The El Conquistador, and the Town of Oro Valley's Community Center, are located nearby. The Town Hall and Public Library are also within easy walking distance from our community. The Eagles Bluff Homeowners’ Association is part of the Canada Hills Community Association, as Village 14. Map	In addition to the Town's walking/cycling paths, two state parks are located nearby: Catalina State Park is only a six mile drive to the east. This park can also be reached by a bicycle path. Oracle State Park, formerly known as the Kannally Ranch, is twenty-eight miles to the northeast, about a 40-minute drive, off of AZ-77. This park has hiking, biking and equestrian trails. Almost every trail in Oracle State Park is dog friendly.
